OptimizeUX provides AI-powered user experience (UX) design and development services. All services are provided "as is" and are subject to change or termination without notice at our sole discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information required for the provision of our services. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials created by OptimizeUX as part of the service delivery, excluding any pre-existing materials provided by you, are the intellectual property of OptimizeUX until full payment for the services has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OptimizeUX be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our services.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, United States.

7. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
